ARDOR's Fall Flash Fiction Contest
The 2013 Fall Flash Fiction Contest is NOW CLOSED to submissions of short fiction and prose-poetry up to 1,000 words in length (but we're open to general submissions). The story selected as the winner of this year's flash fiction contest will receive a prize of $200 and will be published in Issue Four (January 2014) of ARDOR Literary Magazine. The story selected as the first runner-up will receive a prize of $50 and will also be published in Issue Four. All entries will be considered for publication in ARDOR at the standard publication rate of $20.
Joe Hessert, Founding Editor of ARDOR, served as contest judge and the winner and finalists were announced during the first week of December, 2013.
